Product Warranty for Blink Products in Palestine

Except where otherwise noted, all Blink products purchased from Blink and its Authorized Resellers (an “Authorized Reseller”) are covered by a 12-month warranty. Even though the purchase is made through the Authorized Reseller from which they purchased the product, customers should contact the Blink Company for instructions on the warranty procedure.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Blink guarantees that the product will be free of defects to the original buyer (the “Limited Product Warranty”). When a customer disregards the directions provided for using a product, Blink and its Authorized Resellers are not liable for the resulting harm. This Limited Product Warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment on all items purchased from Blink and its Authorized Resellers (the “Limited Product Warranty Period”).

For a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for any additional loss or damage that was reasonably foreseeable. If the products are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not constitute a major failure, you may also be entitled to having the products repaired or replaced. As we have improved it to be a more organized and effective approach to resolving any issues, this Limited Product Warranty offers additional protection and is the preferred method of helping customers, subject to the terms and exclusions below.

COVERAGE AND APPLICATION

If a hardware defect is found subject to a valid claim lodged with the authorized reseller within the Limited Product Warranty Period, we will either:

· Repair the product at no charge for the original purchaser, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or

· Replace the product with a new or refurbished product; or refund the product.

Shipping and handling charges may apply.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

You must complete the following two crucial tasks in order to activate the warranty:

1. Verify that the warranty is stated outside of the box and is signed by Blink or a reseller.

2. Next, scan the barcode located inside the blink envelope inside the scooter box to activate the warranty, then fill out the required information.

Both steps must be taken in order to activate the warranty; if not, the blink company will not honor the product warranty.

This Limited Product Warranty does not apply to any damage caused in the following circumstances:

5. Damage caused by the use of non-Blink parts.

6. Damage caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.

7. Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by the manufacturer’s instructions provided by manufacture or with improper voltage or power supply.

8. Damage caused by servicing of the product (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not authorized by Blink to perform such services; or

9. Damage caused by natural wear and tear.

No Blink reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Product Warranty.
